There is no hiding the fact that President Obama has faced the most obstructionist Congress since the republicans took over the Congress in 2010. This was lead by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky. Whatever Obama wants, McConnell goes to extremes to make sure it is shot down. Just remember how hard he fought to get rid of Obamacare.

McConnell gave a speech during the 2016 Fancy Farm picnic and political event in Graves County. Kentucky, where he told the crowd that “one of my proudest moments” was when I told Obama “you will not fill this supreme Court vacancy”.
